Our goal is to enable leaders from different parts of Ukraine to learn together, equip them with tools for ministry, and restore resources in a unique location in the Carpathian Mountains.
‘Elements of Leadership’ is an all-Ukrainian forum of the UPC Youth Department that brings together current and potential youth leaders of local churches for training and equipping. Participants receive practical tools to fulfil their vocation, establish useful contacts and learn from experienced ministers.
Our goal is to raise up a new generation of ministers. This training course was developed for active young people and leaders of the Ukrainian Christian Evangelical Church by the Youth Department in partnership with ETU and the Assemblies of God.
Our goal is to equip participants with the knowledge to compose and deliver speeches, and to provide an opportunity to practice delivering speeches.

All events and projects of the Youth Movement are implemented thanks to a macro team consisting of 24 regional youth leaders and their deputies. The direct planning, analysis and organisation of all events, trainings and projects is carried out by a microteam led by the Head of the Department.
Vasyl has been the head of the UPC Youth Movement since 2023. Vasyl is a preacher, one of the pastors of the local church of the UPC in Ivano-Frankivsk with leadership experience in youth ministry for about 15 years. Speaker and teacher of subjects and topics related to youth ministry, leadership and motivation.

Due to the war, mobilization, and emigration, Ukraine is facing an acute shortage of youth leaders. At the same time, many young men and women are ready to take on responsibility and begin their ministry. Our goal is to develop a new generation of ministers through systematic training in the fundamentals of spiritual leadership, preparing them to work effectively in the face of today’s challenges.
Active young people, current and potential leaders in youth ministries
The training takes place simultaneously at three regional centers in Ukraine. The program includes monthly one-day intensive sessions (held on the last Saturday of each month) that combine theory and practice. The course consists of 8 sessions taught by active youth leaders with practical experience. In the future, we plan to expand this project to all regions of Ukraine.
